Allow me to present you my very first cherry compote and cherry jam. I worked all day, but in the end, on my kitchen shelf were resting 4 jars of cherry jam and 18 jars of cherry compote. I am very proud of myself. And they taste divine! All natural, without any trace of preservatives or additives ~ all cherries from my backyard, water, sugar and a few lemon drops. :) I'll leave you with these photos that I took as soon as the jars were ready. :)
