Dreamland awaits...

There's nothing like a good night's rest!
So, after two rough months with a lot of things happening ( and most of them not so pleasant), I found myself trying to get some good night rest, but I just could not sleep at peace. When your mind is too busy thinking and developing worries or solutions...well, for me night time was a disaster. So, I've been fighting with bad sleep for the last weeks...but now, things are starting to look good again and my mind is relieved. So, all I have to do in order to get a good night sleep, is encourage it with a relaxing tea, a hot shower before going to bet, and, of course, a good body lotion. I first got a hold of  this JOHNSON'S BEDTIME Lotion more than 3 yeas ago, when I was in the US...I remember bringing it to Romania. Yesterday I  was looking for a new body cream ( I was running low) and I found the JOHNSON'S BEDTIME Lotion. It smells incredible (as it used to) and it is formulated with naturacalm essences, a special blend that releases soothing aromas. This gentle baby lotion is great to use as an after-bath moisturizer on your body as part of the nightly routine. This is what they say on their site... I love it all for myself and I think I'm going to stick with it for some time.
  • When used with a massage, releases soothing aromas and helps your body relax
  • Clinically shown to last all night long
  •  Leaves skin feeling touchably soft and smooth
  • Hypoallergenic, clinically proven mild formula
  • Great for kids and adults, too (Ha ha! :))
Good night, everybody! :)
Love, Gab~

Essence of Peony

I've been hunting for a long time now cosmetic products that had smth to do with Peony. L'Occitane en Provence made my dream come true...I just saw in some magazines the new Peony Collection...well I don't really know how new it is really...cause in Romania updates come through really late...unfortunately. Anyways...I had to post all the products of the collection, and maybe in a week I"ll get some of them... (I don't have a L'Occitane Store in Baia...sadly). So...here they are!

The fragrant atmosphere of a garden filled with peonies on a spring morning… There is a Mediterranean legend of a beautiful nymph named Paeonia who was so courted by the gods that a jealous goddess transformed her into a flower with a thousand petals: a peony. Since then this symbol of beauty and femininity brightens every spring with its dazzling show of colors and scents. Paeonia Eau de Toilette captures the subtle aura of the peony flower in a rich floral fragrance with hints of green freshness. The feminine bottle evokes the delicate roundness of a peony as it comes into bloom.Head notes: a burst of luminous and juicy scents of bergamot and grapefruit. Heart notes: a bouquet of peony and rose petals. Base notes: the soothing softness of sandalwood and white musk.Contains a peony extract from the south of France (Drôme).

my norwegian loves...

This is one of my favourite body care brand: NEUTROGENA. I first tried their products in the States...almost 3 years ago... and I remained faithful to them. Every need is satisfied...body, lips, hands, face! This are the ones I've tried and I sincerely recommend:

  • I remember going to Hungary to buy one of this...because Romania was far behind with Neutrogena a year ago...

  • The every day repair body lotion is pefect for dry skin, a love the smooth sensation after it soaks in...

The stick balm is perfect anytime, I have one in my purse all the time and one in my boyfriend's car!

The one below it's just a lip desire!! It's minty and soft! ...I'm running out of my own...and we don't have it in Romania yet...damn...

My favourite hand cream ever!

....but you know...I've been to Norwey this past winter and I was planning to buy a lot of Neutrogena products...but guess what...in every shopping place I've entered, no trace of Neutogena products, nowhere! :(( That was weird!
